CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT FOR STUDENTS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contract between the Campus Vygon training platform and the student. 1. Object of the contract
The object of the contract is an online and/or face-to-face course displayed on the Vygon SAU website Campus Vygon is exclusively a course platform that offers this catalogue and the registration of the course is understood to have been made at our registered office.
From the moment the user accesses https://formacion.campusvygon.com, he/she expressly and unreservedly accepts each and every one of the conditions included in the terms of use.
2. Phases of the process

A. Registration
To register, it is necessary to fill in the form and provide true data. The data can be modified in the profile section once registered. Vygon SAU is not responsible for any damages that may be due to the lack of veracity, validity, and authenticity of the information provided by other users about themselves or by statements, statements, explanations or ideologies.
The password is personal and non-transferable. Vygon SAU must be immediately informed of any unauthorized use of your account. Inactive records will be deleted if the Vygon SAU team deems it necessary.
B. Payment
The following payment mechanisms are established:

C. Confirmation
Confirmation of registration to the platform and registration for the course will be made by e-mail.
In the user account you will find all courses organized by sessions with unlimited access to views. The student will be able to consult the presentations and other course materials (pdf, ppt, additional material, articles, etc.).
3. Quality of service
The quality of our teachers or the locals is one of the essential assets of this platform. Any incident or complaint by the student will be heard and considered, and may result in the expulsion of a course, the premises or the teacher from this platform.

4. Pricing
ONLINE COURSES
Once purchased, you can watch where and when you want unlimitedly. So that you can learn with freedom of schedules. In addition, you will also have access to the materials and presentations that the course teacher may have made. 5. Intellectual Property of the training material
All the content of this website: texts, images, sounds, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, or any other element, its structure and design, are the property of Vygon SAU and are protected by current regulations on intellectual and industrial property. It is expressly forbidden to manipulate, copy, modify, incorporate, disseminate or make available to third parties information. data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, or make any type of change to this page.
They are the intellectual property of Vygon SAU. the technology, software, source code of the website, some images and graphics, without any of the exploitation rights over them being understood to have been transferred to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Portal. These rights are registered in the Intellectual Property Registry.
6. Modification or cancellation policy
Vygon Spain may modify courses for exceptional reasons, and the student will always be notified of changes.
Likewise, Vygon SAU reserves the right to cancel the courses, with prior notice to the enrolled students.
The courses offered at Vygon SAU are valid on the dates indicated.
A student has the possibility to request the cancellation of their registration by writing an Email comunicacion@vygon.com
Face-to-face courses or courses with a start and end date
A student has the possibility of requesting the cancellation of their registration and, therefore, the refund of the amount paid, during the first 14 days after their purchase, provided that the course is less than 72 hours away from its completion
Courses without a start and end date
A student has the possibility of requesting the cancellation of their registration and, therefore, the refund of the amount paid, during the first 14 days after their purchase, provided that the student has not completed more than 25% of the course content.
7. Condiciones de uso web

8. Condiciones en los comentarios
Vygon SAU no publicará ningún comentario contrario al sentido común o a las normas de convivencia.
9. Legislación y jurisdicción aplicables
Queda totalmente prohibido el acceso a https://formacion.campusvygon.com con fines ilícitos o dañinos y que afecten directa o indirectamente a la mercantil Vygon SAU
La lengua de contratación es el español.
Los términos, condiciones y demás documentos de Vygon SAU se regirán por la legislación española.
La mayor parte de las comunicaciones entre el alumno y de Vygon SAU se efectuarán por vía electrónica. El alumno acepta que dicha comunicación tenga la misma validez que una comunicación escrita, siempre que la ley lo permita.

11.Seguridad y Protección a compradores
Vygon SAU le informa de que tanto la recogida de sus datos como la visualización en el Sitio Web se transmitirán mediante una conexión segura, encriptada y protegida según protocolo SSL.
